Sou Isabela G. Raffaelli, estrategista com mais de dez anos de experiência internacional em marketing e posicionamento. Graduada em Publicidade e Propaganda pela PUCCAMP, no Brasil, e pós-graduada em Brand Management and Innovation pela Karlshochschule International University na Alemanha. Minha trajetória atravessa culturas, mercados e narrativas, o que molda o olhar multidisciplinar que aplico em cada projeto.

I am Isabela G. Raffaelli, founder and creative strategist behind Madeleine & Ollie. With more than ten years of international experience in marketing, branding and strategic communication, I bring a global perspective shaped by diverse markets and cultural contexts.
I graduated in Advertising and Marketing from PUCCAMP in Brazil and advanced my studies in Brand Management and Innovation at Karlshochschule International University in Germany. These academic foundations, combined with years of practical expertise, refined my understanding of how brands think, behave and evolve.
Madeleine & Ollie was born from a personal passion for building brands with intention.
It is the result of a belief that strategy must be human, that storytelling must be meaningful and that design must carry purpose. I created this boutique agency to guide brands toward clarity, identity and resonance, crafting presences that feel both thoughtful and timeless.
